Fundraising is something we all need to sustain our organizations. Whether you’re a seasoned fundraiser or just starting, this workshop will offer practical insights and expert guidance to elevate your fundraising initiatives. Fundraising activities and initiatives evolve over time and this workshop will give you the most updated information on trends, examples, and success stories. This workshop will help you leverage new and sustainable budget goals for your organization to realize your creative and innovative projects.

You will also learn how to leverage the three R’s of volunteers – recruitment, retention and recognition is the main principles for building and sustaining a dynamic volunteer force. You will learn about identifying, engaging, and onboarding individuals who align with your organization’s mission, how to foster a supportive volunteer experience, ensuring that your volunteers stay committed and engaged over the long term, and how to acknowledge the dedication and contributions of your volunteers by creating a culture of appreciation that boosts morale and strengthens the bonds. Join us to learn how to build a stronger fundraising and volunteer foundation for your organization.

Registration is $200 per person for Missouri Main Street Connection investors. $300 for non-investors. All cancelations/refunds must be submitted in writing. Cancelations after March 1st are not refundable.
