MMSC and local Main Street programs’ efforts to preserve and revitalize their historic districts save the places in local communities for people to create memories and remember the memories they have made. Fall festivals, shop local initiatives through Small Business Saturday, and tree lighting ceremonies each form core memories for all ages as they are special moments where childlike wonder was experienced, someone got engaged, and more.
