Individual MMSC Investors are any individual person not related to any group, business, or organization. Benefits for this level are for an individual and cannot be shared.

Business MMSC Investor

Business MMSC Investors are business owners who operate a for-profit business. This excludes individuals, non-profits, and municipalities. Benefits for this level are for the business and its employees andcannot be shared outside the business.

Non-profit MMSC Investor

Non-profit Organization MMSC Investors are any organization chartered by the IRS as a non-profit. This excludes individuals, for-profits, and municipalities. Benefits for this level are for the non-profit and cannot be shared with other organizations. If you are a Main Street program, this covers your Board of Directors, staff, and volunteers.
