Through the success of Missouri Main Street Connection programs implementing the Main Street Approach™, our network has gained an outstanding reputation for generating economic growth while preserving local heritage and building community. Missouri Main Street Connection records this impact annually through the collection of economic and impact data from these local Main Street programs throughout Missouri.
Since 2006, the Main Street movement in Missouri has resulted in $1.5 billion public/private investment, 6,759 Net New Jobs, 1,555 Net New Businesses, 3,897 Buildings Saved, and 851,805 volunteer hours.
